The Traveller - Official Music Video
‘The Traveller’ is a song I wrote whilst on tour in October last year. We were staying at the Tan Hill Inn in North Yorkshire and whilst drinking in the bar a man wandered in looking worse for wear, coughing, spluttering his words, and so on. I asked him if he was okay and he said that he was just filling up his flask before setting up camp for the night.
Baring in mind it was freezing outside, I asked what an earth he was doing camping in this weather. He then told me that he was almost half way through an 1000 mile walk across the UK in order to raise money for the cancer treatment for a woman he loved. And then back out he went. The story stuck with me throughout the next day, and so I wrote this song about him. I hope you enjoy.

Ta-dah! It’s me but in comic book form! I thought I’d try something new so we shall be releasing a comic strip at the first of each month with little adventures inspired my myself and my music. This month I am joined by David and my cat Biscuit :)
